Our offering encompasses the full picture, resulting in a unified approach that holds brand integrity as a top priority.

One Unified System

Most brands enter South America through a patchwork of distributors, agents and service providers, each with its own agenda and none accountable for the whole. We bring commercial, retail, marketing and logistics into a single structure, with one partner responsible for the result.

Structured + Scalable

Entering South America means navigating company formation, import registration, tax structure and fragmented logistics differently in every country. We have built the systems, processes and local infrastructure to handle that, so a brand’s fifth market allows the same disciplined path as its first.

An Extension of Your Team

We operate as an extension of the brand’s global team, not a separate regional entity. Local decisions are made with global priorities in view, and the people running the market are accountable to the same standards as the people who built the brand.

Effortless Operation

Frontera manages the complexity of market entry, operations, logistics and local execution, allowing teams to stay focused on their brands. With every moving part handled through one connected system, expansion becomes simpler, more efficient and easier to manage.

Replicate Global Success

We do not reinvent brands. We replicate excellence, carefully and responsibly. Brands arrive with something built over decades. Our role is to extend it into a new region without reinterpreting it, localizing it beyond recognition or extracting short-term value from it.
